Signifies closure of a permit. The applicant/owner has completed the project in accordance with the approved plans and the associated conditions of approval. |

Used only for Business licenses and identifies those licenses which are pending customer payment for renewal. |

| Expired |
The status of a permit due to a specific time period, or of a time period of inactivity. For example Building Permit applications expire if not issued 180 days after the application date. Under certain conditions applicants can request an extension of up to an additional 180 days. |

| Denied |
The status of a permit application if it is determined that the application does not comply with the rules and regulations that it is subject to. |
